About Me

Originally from Hawaii, I moved to Portland in 2017.

Since a young age, I was aware that I wanted to be a helpful resource for others.  I received my Master's Degree in Social Work from Hawaii Pacific University and I have experience providing counseling to a diverse range of clients.

My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that we are all resilient and each of us has unique strengths.  I work with clients to build on these strengths, increase their insight and support them in achieving their goals.  In our sessions, I utilize warmth, compassion, and a holistic lens, viewing the mind-body-spirit connection as integral in understanding who you are as a whole person.  We will work together to break past your limiting beliefs & thought patterns, and create more space for self-acceptance, deep emotional healing, and enriching relationships.

Aside from being a therapist, I am also a veteran, a wife and a mother. I enjoy running and hiking with my pup labrador, reading and spending time with my family.  I also value therapy as part of my own healing journey. My path to recovery has become my mission to guide others into a wholehearted and connected way of life.
